TO BE HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE
According to Mrs Omu Obilor in an article on "This day style" magazine, she said good health is not only the absence of diseases but the ability for one to recover and bounce back from illness and other problems. She also said that the main principle of good health is being aware of YOU and your body needs.
So the aim is to bring y’all on my journey of how to avoid
unnecessary health problems (those health issues that would have been easily avoided with simple health tricks).
